The Convotherm C4ET6.10GSDD120/60/1 combi oven is a half-size oven that provides full operation in a small space. This compact combination steamer/oven includes three wire racks and can fit six half-size sheet pans. Whether users must rethermalize, steam, combi steam, or cook with hot air, this unit can provide all four desired cooking methods. The boilerless design of this unit reduces energy use and simplifies cleaning. It's perfect for users with moderate output needs. An automatic humidity adjustment function enhances the results of combi steaming in the unit. This oven can store 399 different recipes, with as many as 20 steps in each recipe. This compact machine can perform dozens of cooking functions, so it promotes efficiency and reduces kitchen clutter. Automatic cooking buttons enable users to achieve precise results with the push of a single button.
