The Convotherm C4ET20.10EB combi-oven has 20 shelves in the cooking chamber that hold pans, racks, baskets, and plates for food to sit on while it cooks. The interior is monitored by a core temperature probe and fan speed is controllable with five levels to ensure product is evenly heated. The 9-inch, touchscreen control panel is easy to use and has a variety of options to make the cooking process as simple as possible.
This unit has three primary modes of cooking: hot air, steam, and combi steam. The hot air mode provides even heat transfer right into the center of foods. Cooking fish, dough products, and vegetables is easy with the steam mode, and the combi steam cooking mode retains moisture and flavors. Along with these three modes, the ConvothermC4ET20.10EB combi-oven has a retherm setting for reheating food to a fresh state for serving.
