The Convotherm C4ET12.20ES combi-oven has three modes of operation: hot air, steam, and combi steam. The retherm setting reheats food to serving quality. There is also an energy-saving ecoCooking function that is optimal for food with long cook times. The Press&Go option allows the operator to press a button and easily cook various foods without needing to set the temperature, time, and more. A TrayTimer feature manages the load of food in the oven for various types of food cooking simultaneously.
This model has a USB port for data storage and makes accessing this information simple. There is room for up to 399 programmable menu items with up to 20 stages each. The port is located on the front control panel and automatically shuts when the USB stick is removed. This protects the Convotherm C4ET12.20ES combi-oven’s port and control panel from water and other damaging liquids. The control panel runs with an easyTouch user interface that keeps all oven functions in one accessible location.
