The Convotherm C4ET10.20GSDDSMK120/60/1 combi oven can boil, bake, roast, steam, broil, or smoke foods to achieve exactly the desired texture and flavor. With hot-air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm cook settings and a smoking capability, this combi oven does the work of several units. This full-size boilerless oven can produce lots of food and is a good choice for venues with moderate steaming needs. Its boilerless design produces less and lighter steam than a boiler model, uses less electricity to run, and needs deliming less frequently. This unit is preprogrammed with as many as 399 unique recipes and has 20 different cooking options. Baking, steaming, and boiling work together in this unit to produce perfect cuts of meat with little shrinkage and plenty of yield. One-touch, quick-start buttons and TrayTimer support the user's ability to multitask in the kitchen.
This Convotherm C4ET10.20GSDDSMK120/60/1 combi oven is designed with antimicrobial surfaces on the door handle, recoil hand shower, and a touchscreen control panel to prevent germ spread. This combi oven unit includes additional disappearing door and built-in smoker options. The large, 9-inch easyTouch control panel has on-screen guidance and topic-based video functionality. 10 full-sized sheet pans can fit in this unit while its stainless steel construction resists corrosion. Ethernet interface ability and an included USB port enable this machine to operate in modern kitchens.
