The Convotherm C4ET10.20GSDD120/60/1 combi oven is a full-sized, boilerless oven appropriate for large-scale cooking with moderate steaming requirements. Boilerless ovens don't produce as much heavy steam as boiler ovens, are more efficient, and require less deliming. Combi ovens are versatile and can cook with hot-air, steaming, combi-steam, and retherm functions. Using one machine to meet baking, boiling, broiling, roasting, steaming, and rethermalizing needs can enhance efficiency and reduce cooking time. The unit can store 399 recipes and its one-touch, quick-start buttons enable novice users to achieve the same results as a skilled chef with minimal oversight. Many programmable cook settings, and the multi-point core temperature probe, equip the user to multitask effectively.
This Convotherm C4ET10.10GSDD120/60/1 half-size combi oven has an antimicrobial touchscreen interface for cook setting customization and control. Measuring 9 inches, the easyTouch control panel is large for legibility from a distance. Using the available USB port and ethernet interface, the operator can input complex information quickly. This unit is large enough to fit as many as 10 full-size sheet pans and includes five wire racks inside. Its stainless steel construction resists corrosion and withstands heavy use. A disappearing door option enables unrestricted access to the interior and promotes kitchen safety.
