Convotherm C4 ET 10.20GB Description
The Convotherm C4ET10.20GB NG combi-oven has three primary cooking modes. The versatility of the hot air, steam, and combi steam modes allow users to increase production and maximize quality of menu items. The cooking chamber has 11 shelves that hold pans, racks, baskets, and plates. A five-speed fan is user-controlled to help circulate heat throughout the oven.
The interior and exterior stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to corrosion. The Convotherm C4ET10.20GB NG combi-oven fully-automatic cleaning system runs in three settings: eco, express, and regular. The eco mode economizes on cleaning fluids, water, and energy. Express mode saves time with quick cleaning, which is especially useful during business hours. The regular setting combines eco with speed for a balanced clean.
