The Convotherm C4ET10.20GBDD120/60/1 natural gas combi oven is a powerful, full-sized, boiler-based oven that's suitable for large-scale cooking and all-day steaming needs. This combi oven can store 399 individual recipes and is programmable to enable inexperienced operators to reproduce the results of a skilled chef. One-touch, quick-select buttons and multi-cook modes enable press-and-go cooking and increase kitchen efficiency. This unit can cook with hot-air, steam, combination, and retherm modes for user convenience. TrayTimer oven-load management ability supports the user in cooking several dishes simultaneously without continuously monitoring the oven. The user can measure temperatures accurately with the built-in, multi-point core temperature probe. Because this unit has 20 unique cook settings, operators can fine-tune cooking to achieve the exact food texture desired.
The steam/cook settings of the Convotherm C4ET10.20GBDD120/60/1 combi oven enable users to cook expensive cuts of meat with less shrinkage and no drying. 10 full-size sheet pans can fit on the built-in interior slide rails. Antimicrobial defense is provided by the oven door handle, the pull-out spray hose, and the touchscreen control panel. Its 9-inch easyTouch control panel simplifies cooking and supports the user to choose from various setting combinations at a finger press. This unit is designed with ethernet interface capability and has a built-in USB port for operator convenience. Oven cleaning is worry free with the multiple ConvoClean settings that enable hands-free, fully automatic cleaning.
