The Convotherm C4ED6.10GS combi oven features a simple easyDial interface that gives users access to all the oven's features on one menu. As many as 99 cooking procedures can be programmed into the oven's memory. Each of those procedures can contain as many as 9 steps so each menu item can be prepared consistently each time. Those procedures can be updated via an integrated USB port.
This combi oven is made easy to clean thanks to a semi-automatic cleaning system. The oven's handle is made with an antimicrobial compound that slows the growth of bacteria to keep the oven more sanitary between cleanings. The door is equipped with a safety latch to protect operators from burns and a slam feature that makes it easier to close.
