Convotherm C4 ED 20.20GS Description
The Convotherm C4ED20.20GS LP combi-oven is a floor model built to accommodate roll-in pan racks. The unit has 20 shelves that can fit pans, racks, baskets, and plates, providing you with optimal cooking possibilities. Each shelf can hold up to 33 pounds of food, which allows you to cook large amounts in one batch. A five-speed, user-controlled fan keeps heat even throughout the cooking chamber. A core temperature probe provides an accurate reading of the internal temperature.
The oven is heated with propane gas and uses an injection spritzer to create steam in the oven. The large unit has wheels for easy mobility around the kitchen. The unit is completely constructed in stainless steel, providing durability and corrosion resistance. The Convotherm C4ED20.20GS LP combi-oven’s door has a large window that provides a clear view of the products. The door has a safety latch that protects users from escaping steam.
