A five-speed user-controlled fan circulates air through the cooking chamber for even cooking in every mode. The operator has a choice between hot air, steam, and combi steam cooking options to achieve the desired consistency and texture in food.
The digital control panel is designed with an easyDial interface system that keeps all the unit’s operating functions in one place for quick set up, even in a busy kitchen.
