Convotherm C4 ED 10.10GB Description
The natural gas Convotherm C4ED10 .10GB half sized combi oven generates steam with a high-performance boiler outside the cooking chamber. There are 11 shelves in the unit that can hold a combination of plates, pans, racks, and baskets. A five-speed interior fan circulates air consistently through the shelves for even cooking. This combi oven has a core temperature probe that precisely monitors the interior temperature.
This unit can store up to 99 recipes with 9 steps each so your recipes come out consistently each time they are prepared. These can be conveniently stored within a USB drive that can be removed from the port located on the control panel. The panel has a modern digital display that is easy to use and read. The stainless steel construction on the interior and exterior of the Convotherm C4ED10 .10GB combi oven makes it durable for commercial use.
