Made with stainless steel, the unit features steel-fluted burners that are individually controlled. They are spaced every six inches and designed to provide a large cooking area, and can be operated individually to create separate cooking zones. Charbroiler units such as these are ideal for grilling meats, vegetables and seafood, and one side of the grate can be used for meat and the other for fish. A grease trough allows excess fat to flow with minimal flair up, and a removable crumb tray makes for easier cleaning.
