The Fetco CBS-2242-NG Extractor NG™ series coffee brewer is designed for high-volume coffee production, making it ideal for busy cafes and restaurants. This twin 1-gallon unit features a user-friendly capacitive LED touchscreen that allows for simple programming, brew time adjustments, and volume settings. An LED status bar changes colors to indicate different brewing stages, providing real-time updates. The unit is equipped with a plastic brew basket, a manual hot water faucet, and an energy-efficient ECO mode that reduces tank temperature during nonoperation to conserve energy. Its cascading spray dome ensures even saturation for optimal extraction, while the brew basket locks in place for added safety.
