Equipped with a curved glass canopy and flat sliding lids, the Maxx Cold MXDC-4 X-Series mobile ice cream dipping cabinet creates a clean presentation while maintaining cold temperatures for up to six 3-gallon tubs. The exterior is constructed of white zinc-coated steel with a baked-on enamel finish, while the interior is made of white powder-coated steel for added durability. Four heavy-duty casters—two with brakes—provide mobility and secure positioning. A removable lock and key set secures the sliding lids when the unit is unattended.

The Maxx Cold MXDC-4 mobile ice cream dipping cabinet features a cold-wall refrigeration system powered by R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates within a holding temperature range of -18 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Digital controls support precise temperature adjustments to preserve product consistency and appearance. The cabinet includes four exposed tubs on wire hanging holders with acrylic covers for scooping, plus two additional tubs stored below. Interior LED lighting highlights the product display, and a heated lid frame reduces frost buildup on the glass.
