The BevLes PICA70-32INS-A-1R2 PICA proofing cabinet features a removable heating module and 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover, simplifying maintenance and supporting extended proofing sessions. Equipped with a digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display, this cabinet enables precise operation within a temperature range from 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Its insulated top, back, and sides enhance temperature retention.

Constructed of durable aluminum, this full-height, mobile BevLes PICA70-32INS-A-1R2 unit resists corrosion and includes 5-inch swivel plate casters (two with brakes) for easy movement and stability. Its two clear Lexan® right-hand hinged dutch doors provide visibility and minimize heat loss. Its adjustable aluminum pan supports are set 1¹⁄₂ inches apart and accommodate (16) 18-inch by 26-inch trays, (16) 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans.
