The full-height BevLes PICA70-32INS-AED-4L1 PICA series donut proofer is built for efficient proofing and warming, featuring insulated top, back, and sides to maintain consistent internal temperatures. Constructed of durable aluminum, this cabinet ensures long-lasting performance and effective heat transfer. Its single clear Lexan® left-hand hinged door allows operators to clearly monitor contents while retaining heat and humidity. Adjustable aluminum pan supports, spaced on 1¹/₂-inch centers, can accommodate up to (16) 23-inch by 32-inch or 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, (16) 18-inch by 26-inch trays, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. For added convenience and mobility, the unit is equipped with 5-inch swivel plate casters, two of which lock for stability.

The BevLes PICA70-32INS-AED-4L1 proofing cabinet features a digital thermostat with variable humidity control for precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Its LED display ensures clear monitoring of current settings, while a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover helps maintain consistent humidity levels.
