The full-height BevLes PICA70-32INS-AED-1R1 PICA series donut proofer’s LED display provides clear monitoring of temperature and humidity settings, while a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover helps maintain consistent humidity levels. Its durable aluminum construction ensures long-lasting performance and efficient heat transfer. Adjustable aluminum pan supports spaced on 1¹/₂-inch centers accommodate up to (16) 23-inch by 32-inch or 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, (16) 18-inch by 26-inch trays, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Equipped with 5-inch swivel plate casters, including two with brakes, this cabinet offers both mobility and stability during operation. Featuring a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, it provides visibility and convenient access to its contents while retaining heat and humidity.

The BevLes PICA70-32INS-AED-1R1 proofing cabinet’s heating module is removable, simplifying maintenance and cleaning. It includes a digital thermostat and variable humidity control for precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
