The full-height BevLes PICA70-32-AED-4L3 PICA series donut proofer is engineered to accommodate diverse proofing needs in bakeries and foodservice operations. Its sturdy aluminum construction ensures durability and effective heat transfer, while the non-insulated design supports consistent performance. This cabinet features three clear Lexan® split doors with left-hand hinges, providing visibility and access to its contents. Adjustable aluminum pan supports are spaced on 1¹/₂-inch centers, enabling it to hold up to (16) 23-inch by 32-inch or 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, (16) 18-inch by 26-inch trays, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans.

An LED display offers clear visibility of current settings, while the BevLes PICA70-32-AED-4L3 proofing cabinet’s 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover helps maintain consistent humidity. This unit includes a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, allowing precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. For streamlined maintenance, the heating module is removable. This unit operates on a 208-230V power supply and includes a cord for simple installation. Equipped with 5-inch swivel plate casters, including two that lock, this unit combines mobility with stability for flexible placement and operation.
