Equipped with adjustable aluminum pan supports spaced 1¹⁄₂ inches apart, the BevLes PICA70-32-A-4L2 PICA proofing cabinet accommodates (16) 18-inch by 26-inch pans, (16) 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Operators can control the temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital thermostat, variable humidity settings, and LED display. For simplified maintenance, it includes a removable heating module and 5-quart cast water reservoir.

The BevLes PICA70-32-A-4L2 cabinet offers mobility and stability with 5-inch swivel plate casters, including two with brakes for secure placement during operation. Designed with durable aluminum construction, this full-height, non-insulated unit enables lightweight maneuverability while maintaining reliable performance. Its two clear Lexan® left-hand hinged dutch doors provide visibility and convenient access in busy foodservice environments.
