The self-draining feature collects excess moisture, while 5-inch heavy-duty plate casters, including two with brakes, ensure smooth mobility and stability in busy foodservice environments.

The BevLes PICA70-32-A-1L2 non-insulated mobile proofing cabinet offers flexibility with its full-height design and two transparent Lexan left-hand hinged Dutch doors for convenient access and visibility. A 5-quart cast water reservoir with a “cast-in” humidity system helps maintain uniform conditions and inhibits element burnout. The cabinet’s digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display provide precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
