Its 5-quart cast water reservoir, equipped with a “cast-in” humidity system, helps maintain a consistent environment while preventing element burnout. The cabinet’s digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display allow precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Built for versatility, the BevLes PICA70-32-A-1L1 mobile proofing cabinet includes adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports to accommodate various pan sizes and donut screens. Completely removable interior components, along with a removable heating module, simplify cleaning. The self-draining system collects excess moisture, and heavy-duty 5-inch plate casters, including two with brakes, ensure smooth mobility and secure placement in busy foodservice environments.
