The BevLes PICA44-16-A-4L1 non-insulated, half-height proofing cabinet is designed to handle a variety of foodservice needs. Its adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports accommodate eight 26-inch-long by 18-inch-wide pans, (16) 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide pans, or eight 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, offering flexibility for various menu items. The digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display ensure accurate temperature and humidity adjustments from 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Built for durability and convenience, the BevLes PICA44-16-A-4L1 proofing cabinet features a clear Lexan left-hand hinged door for easy monitoring and access. The 5-quart cast water reservoir includes a cast-in humidity system to prevent element burnout and ensure consistent moisture levels. A self-draining feature manages excess water, while the removable heating module and interior components simplify maintenance. The 5-inch plate casters, two with brakes, provide effortless mobility and secure placement.
