The full-height BevLes PHC70-32INS-A-4R1 proofing and holding cabinet delivers precise temperature and humidity control for optimal proofing and warming. Constructed of durable aluminum with insulated top, back, and sides, this cabinet ensures consistent internal conditions and long-lasting performance. Its Lexan® right-hand hinged door provides easy visibility and access. For added mobility and stability, the cabinet is equipped with 5-inch swivel plate casters, two of which lock securely during use.

The BevLes PHC70-32INS-A-4R1 cabinet features a digital thermostat with variable humidity control for precise adjustments within a temperature range of 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
