The BevLes PHC32-10-A-1R1 proofing and holding cabinet is a compact and efficient solution for maintaining consistent heat and humidity in professional foodservice operations. This non-insulated, undercounter cabinet is constructed of durable aluminum for reliable performance and lightweight mobility. Its clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door provides easy visibility and access to stored items. Adjustable aluminum pan supports, spaced on 11/2-inch centers, can accommodate up to five 18-inch by 26-inch pans, (10) 12-inch by 20-inch pans, or five 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens. A removable 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover helps maintain optimal humidity, and the removable heating module simplifies cleaning and maintenance.
With a temperature range of 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the BevLes PHC32-10-A-1R1 cabinet provides precise control using its digital thermostat and LED display. Mounted on 3-inch swivel plate casters, including two with brakes, this cabinet is easy to move and secure in place. Designed for 120V, single-phase power, it operates at 2000 watts and includes an 8-foot cord with a NEMA 5-20P plug for straightforward installation, making it a dependable addition to any foodservice operation.
