Its fully insulated design provides consistent heat retention, while the universal width allows it to fit seamlessly into a variety of layouts. Adjustable welded wire pan supports, spaced 1½ inches apart, can accommodate four full-size pans or eight half-size pans, making it suitable for diverse storage needs.
The temperature range of 70 to 215 degrees Fahrenheit enables the BevLes HTSS34W44 heated cabinet to handle a variety of holding requirements. The removable top water pan introduces humidity to maintain food quality, while recessed side-mounted pull grips enhance maneuverability. Equipped with 5-inch swivel plate casters, including two with brakes, this unit provides smooth mobility and stability during use. User-friendly solid-state controls, including a variable thermostat and dial thermometer, allow for precise temperature adjustments, making it easy to operate in busy environments.
