The BevLes HRHS60W84 three-quarter size cook and hold oven is designed for precision cooking and holding, with a temperature range of 60-300°F that accommodates a variety of roasting and smoking applications. This Tender Touch Roast & Hold Smoker can hold eight 18-in. x 26-in. pans or (16) 12-in. x 20-in. pans, making it versatile for different menu items. It features programmable touchscreen controls, allowing users to cook by time or probe, save and recall recipes, and automatically switch to a holding temperature at the end of the cook cycle. Its automatic smoke cycle runs up to 2 hours, while the cold smoking function adds further versatility for different food preparation methods.
Built with durability in mind, the BevLes HRHS60W84 cook and hold oven features a stainless steel and aluminum construction with a fully insulated cabinet to prevent heat loss. Its welded stainless steel wire rack with 11/2-in. centers provides support for various pan types, while the side air tunnel system ensures even air circulation throughout the cabinet. The removable stainless steel chip box simplifies cleaning, and the oven's completely removable interior components make maintenance quick and efficient.
