Operating between 60 and 300 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit automatically transitions to holding mode after the cook cycle. A built-in smoke cycle, lasting up to two hours, permits hot or cold smoking, while the removable stainless steel chip box streamlines cleanup.
To ensure durability, the BevLes HRHS60W81 universal-width cook and hold oven features stainless steel and aluminum construction with a fully insulated cabinet that prevents heat loss. A heavy-duty magnetic door latch with a cool-touch handle works to ensure operator safety, while the side air tunnel system circulates air evenly throughout the unit.
