Its programmable Tender Touch touchscreen controls enable precise cooking by time or probe, while the unit’s temperature range of 60 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit supports roasting and holding various foods. A built-in smoke cycle, lasting up to four hours, permits hot or cold smoking, and the removable stainless steel chip box simplifies cleaning. It accommodates (11) 18-inch by 26-inch or (11) 12-inch by 20-inch pans on a formed stainless steel channel rack with 11/2-inch spacing, ensuring flexible loading options.
Designed with fully insulated stainless steel and aluminum construction, the BevLes HRHS60P111 narrow-width cook and hold oven retains heat while optimizing energy efficiency.
