Outfitted with a welded stainless steel wire rack, the BevLes HRHO60W94 HRH Series three-quarter size cook and hold oven provides efficient pan storage for various cooking needs. Programmable Tender Touch touchscreen controls allow cooking by time or probe, while the temperature range of 60 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit supports precise roasting and holding. The unit's removable interior eases maintenance between shifts and recessed stainless steel side-mounted pull grips support mobility. It is mounted on 5-inch neoprene casters, with two locking brakes for stability. The unit automatically transitions to holding mode at the end of the cook cycle, and an audio alarm notifies operators when cooking is complete.
Designed with a fully insulated cabinet to minimize heat loss, the BevLes HRHO60W94 universal-width cook and hold oven promotes even airflow with a side air tunnel system. It accommodates (9) 18-inch by 26-inch or (18) 12-inch by 20-inch pans with 11/2-inch spacing.
