BevLes HCSS74W121 Description
The BevLes HCSS74W121 full-size heated proofing cabinet can store (12) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (24) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. These pans are organized on wire supports that have 11/2-inch centers. Featuring a stainless steel exterior and interior, this unit promotes optimal heat absorption and transfer, and to lock in humidity, this cabinet is fully insulated and features a solid, heavy-duty door. This door creates a tight seal with its magnetic gaskets and door latch, which has a lever-action release. For mobility, this unit is positioned on four 5-inch casters.
The BevLes HCSS74W121 heated proofing cabinet maintains temperatures between 70 and 215 degrees Fahrenheit with its top-mounted heating elements and thermostatic controls. For easy monitoring, this unit is equipped with a dial thermometer and an indicator light for low water levels. A 4-gallon water pan and separate heating element produces humidity to ensure products don’t dry out, and the humidity controls are adjustable.
