The direct-injection steam system permits precise humidity control between 0 and 100 percent.
Built for durability, the BevLes BMCE10LHWS oven features stainless steel construction with an AISI 304 cooking chamber that has rounded corners for easy cleaning. The rapid ventilation system helps regulate the cooking environment, while a six-speed fan offers adjustable airflow for different cooking methods.
