General GR6-36NG Description
Made of stainless steel, the General GR6-36NG burner gas range features a durable construction for longevity, a back guard to contain messes, and a lift-off high shelf to keep supplies nearby. This range comes with six 12-inch by 12-inch open cast iron burner grates to cook multiple dishes at once. Each of the range’s burners yield 30,000 BTUs, are made of cast iron for heavy use, and can be removed as needed for thorough cleaning. For manual control, the burners and their flame heights are managed with a pilot system.
The General GR6-36NG range is designed with a standard oven base, which supports temperatures between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperature levels are set and adjusted using the dial controllers and produced with the 30,000-BTU burner. Measuring 264/5 inches wide by 254/5 inches deep by 137/10 inches high, the oven’s interior includes two racks that can be adjusted to accommodate different needs, and the internal conditions are preserved with the oven’s insulated door.
