General GR6-36LP Description
For time-saving operation, the General GR6-36LP burner gas range can cook multiple products at once with its six open burners fitted with cast iron grates. Each grate measures 12-inches by 12-inches, can be removed for simple cleanup, and are made of cast iron to support high-volume use. With a manual pilot system, this unit has one pilot for every two burners, which reduces gas usage and saved energy. This range includes a crumb tray that is located below the burners; this removable tray facilitates cleaning by catching debris and grease. Constructed of stainless steel, the back riser shields surfaces from splashes, and the lift-off high shelf can store pots and pans for easy access.
The base of the General GR6-36LP range contains a standard oven, which is equipped with two racks that can be adjusted into four different positions. This oven has a temperature range of 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and to minimize heat loss, the oven’s door is insulated. Along with the range’s temperature levels, the oven’s internal temperature is controlled using the analog controls, which feature red stripes for simple adjustments. This unit sits on 6-inch adjustable legs and measures 36 inches wide by 325/8 inches deep by 603/8 inches high overall.
