General GR4-24LP Description
To withstand scratches, dents, and corrosion, the General GR4-24LP burner gas range features a welded frame for heavy-duty use, and the lift-off high shelf and back riser are constructed of stainless steel. The built-in shelf accommodates small equipment and supplies, keeping them within reach. Measuring 12 inches by 12 inches, each of the four cast iron burner grates are removable for cleaning and lit with a manual pilot system to reduce gas usage. A removable crumb tray sits underneath the burners to catch grease and food particles for streamlined cleanup.
The General GR4-24LP range’s oven chamber measures 203/5 inches wide by 254/5 inches deep by 137/10 inches high and holds two oven racks on four adjustable positions. The oven’s temperature and burners’ flame heights are both managed with the front-facing dial controls. The oven’s door is insulated to retain temperatures between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the door handle offers a comfortable grip. To ensure the unit doesn’t wobble during use, the 6-inch stainless steel legs can be adjusted for balance on irregular floors.
