The General GEM120 planetary mixer’s high-efficiency design handles bread and pastry dough, batters, and other mixtures. It has three variable speeds—108, 195, and 355 RPM—for customizable operation. As a safety precaution, it’s equipped with an overload switch. Its completely gear-driven transmission doesn’t feature a belt, optimizing velocity during operation.

This General GEM120 mixer has a 20-inch bench model design for worktables. It comes with a 20-quart capacity bowl, dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip. The unit’s No. 12 tapered hub offers room for other food processor accessories. The bowl guard shields users, while the magnetic lock keeps it in place. For a long service life, it’s constructed of heavy-duty cast iron.
