Designed for countertop applications, the General GEM110 planetary mixer includes a 10-quart mixing bowl, flat beater, dough hook, and wire whip, all of which are made of stainless steel. This mixer withstands heavy use, and its front-opening bowl guard promotes user safety and enables the addition of ingredients without having to stop operation. The ergonomic switches on top of the unit can set the operating speeds between three levels: 91, 200, and 330 RPMs (low, intermediate, and high torque). This unit also features a thermal overload switch to protect the motor from overheating.
