The front panel pilot adjustment lets users customize the heat level. It's natural gas-operated to heat quickly and is convertible to liquid propane gas as needed. The recessed drip tray eases cleaning after an intense workday.

The General GCHP-36-6NG hotplate’s heavy-duty cast iron grates conduct heat evenly and are reversible, which enables portability and eases cleaning. The unit’s structure consists of a stainless steel front and aluminized body for corrosion resistance and durability. It’s leveled on 4-inch adjustable legs to enable stability through heavy use.
