The Black Diamond BDRCK-100/CT self-service bakery case fits atop packed display tables with its thin-line, 19-inch width. Its 3.53 cubic feet of internal space holds rotatable glass shelves to showcase pastries and other desserts. Items inside are clearly visible because of the internal LED lighting system on both sides of the cabinet, and to reduce the loss of cold air, it’s constructed with double-paned tempered glass. The base is made of durable stainless steel.
This Black Diamond BDRCK-100/CT bakery display case utilizes a bottom-mounted refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit’s digital control grants temperature control between 35 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit’s internal components feature an automatic defrost system.
