Black Diamond BDOF-40 Description
The Black Diamond BDOF-40 fryer filter is a portable, low-profile unit equipped with swivel casters, making it simple to roll under fryers or next to drains for oil replacement. The fold-down handle helps with maneuvering and tucks away for compact storage. An on/off switch and a start/stop pump button give operators full control during filtration. Constructed of stainless steel, the unit includes filter mesh, filter papers, and filter powder to support regular oil maintenance.
The Black Diamond BDOF-40 fryer filter is designed to filter up to 40 pounds of oil, using a pump that transfers oil at a rate of 15⁄16 gallons per minute. The 5-foot flexible hose connects to a stainless steel nozzle and is removable. A 51⁄4-gallon chamber handles the filtration process, which helps remove food particles and sediment that could otherwise degrade oil quality.
