Black Diamond BDECTG-16 Description
The Black Diamond BDECTG-16 gas griddle can be used to cook almost anything that doesn't need to be in a pot or pan—from bacon and eggs to hamburgers and grilled cheese. It has one burner that can be controlled manually; this means it has a high/low knob instead of specific temperature settings. Its griddle plate is 5⁄8 of an inch thick, so it doesn't retain heat quite as well as a thicker plate. This unit has side splashes and a backsplash, and grease can be pushed into the front grease trough. The front and sides are made of fully welded stainless steel—a heavy-duty metal that resists denting and rusting.
