It’s a three-section unit measuring 763/5 inches wide by 279/16 inches deep by 33 inches high. The unit is coated in a stainless steel finish for durability and to match surrounding equipment. Between the paneling is CFC-free polyurethane insulation to help lock in cool conditions.
To control the U-Line UCRE570-SS61A undercounter refrigerated base, staff must access the electronic controls, positioned on the right and above the grill. The refrigeration system then works to reach the desired operating temperature—this ranges from 28 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit. An automatic defrost system and epoxy-coated, sealed evaporator simplify maintenance. The unit’s interior is fitted with three epoxy-coated shelves, while the exterior is fitted with three solid doors.
