Constructed of stainless steel, it provides long-lasting durability and resistance to rust. To minimize its environmental impact, it cools with R290 refrigerant—a type of hydrocarbon that’s more eco-friendly than traditional alternatives.
Using the unit's precise electronic controls, operators can adjust the temperature of the U-Line UCPT565-SS61A refrigerated prep table between 28 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. It features automatic defrost to reduce labor, and its evaporator is sealed and epoxy coated to resist corrosion. Its two wire shelves are also coated with epoxy to further defend against corrosion. Users can access these shelves through two solid doors.
