The U-Line UCBF659-SS12A floor-model roll-in blast chiller/shock freezer features a 40-pan capacity. With blast chilling, it yields 617 pounds, and its shock freezing configuration yields 507 pounds. It’s made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance., while the self-closing door creates an airtight seal to reduce cold air loss. For thorough cleaning, the air gasket is removable. For racks and carts alike, the 11¹/₂-inch ramp allows for easy insertion of equipment. Granting a design that’s maintainable and simple to clean, the corners are rounded.

The 7-inch control panel of the roll-in chiller and freezer is side mounted and simple to operate. It offers the following cycles: soft chill, hard chill, soft freeze, holding, and end of cycle to maximize holding potential. The HAACP data tracker and alarms allow employees to consistently track operating conditions. It has an adjustable range from -40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperatures are tracked with the multi-core probe with four reading points.

The U-Line UCBF659-SS12A roll-in blast chiller/shock freezer condensing unit is included. However, the condenser is fully remote and requires assembly upon arrival. To support even air, the unit is equipped with a sealed cast iron evaporator fan motor. The evaporator compartment can be removed for maintenance or service as needed.
