To adjust the temperature, this unit has a touchscreen that's simple to use. This floor model structure measures 59.06 inches wide by 52.69 inches deep by 88.88 inches high.
In 90 minutes, the UCBF559-SS12A floor model blast chiller can reduce temperatures from 194 degrees Fahrenheit to 37.4 degrees Fahrenheit and bring down temperatures to -4 degrees Fahrenheit in 270 minutes.
