The Perfect Fry PFC500 ventless semi-automatic countertop electric fryer is a compact, space-efficient unit measuring 17 inches wide, 16 inches deep, and 23 inches high. It is made to fully enclose the two-gallon oil vat for user safety, and it features air and oil filters. Food products can be placed in the fryer using the front door that opens to the non-stick fry basket.
Cooking operations in the Perfect Fry PFC500 ventless semi-automatic countertop electric fryer are managed using the touch screen control panel. The touch screen enables precise timer functions and can be updated using either a Wi-Fi connection or USB port. The fryer also comes with an oil drainage kit for safe cleaning.
