The compact Perfect Fry PFA730 ventless automatic electric fryer is made for countertop use in food trucks, convenience stores, and small bakeries. The unit measures 17¹/₅ inches wide, 26⁴/₅ inches deep, and 30¹/₅ inches high. It is entirely automatic with a touch screen control panel to facilitate smooth and simple operations.

The Perfect Fry PFA730 ventless automatic electric fryer has a 2⁹/₁₀-gallon oil vat that is fully contained. The fryer can operate without a vent because it is electric and equipped with air filters. The fryer is front loading and dispensing and automatically dispenses food when it is fully cooked. The fryer also has built-in fire suppression for user safety.
