PizzaMaster PM 733ED Description
The PizzaMaster PM 733ED floor model pizza oven is made with three decks, each of which includes three 14-inch-wide hearthstones for crisping and can hold six 14-inch pizzas at once. The unit’s front is made of stainless steel for durability and features a retractable, front-loading shelf. Staff can monitor pizzas as they cook through the heat-reflective glass doors. Each oven chamber is illuminated with dual halogen lighting and measures 42 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 81/5 inches high. This unit is mounted on four legs, which are fitted with four casters that ease mobility.
With a maximum holding temperature of 752 degrees Fahrenheit, the PizzaMaster PM 733ED pizza oven supports quick, accurate temperatures adjustments with its front-mounted digital displays. These displays are each equipped with thermostat, turbo-start, and service indicators, along with a timer button that can be set in manual or automatic mode. The unit’s turbo start is activated automatically at start up and brings the oven to its desired temperature very quickly. Staff can set and adjust the target temperature using the digital displays.
