The PizzaMaster PM 452ED countertop deck oven is designed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, providing durability and resistance to daily commercial use. Its two independent baking chambers, each measuring 181⁄10 inches wide by 181⁄10 inches deep, enable operators to cook different products at separate temperatures. Two special clay hearthstones per deck enhance heat retention and promote even baking, ensuring crisp crusts and uniform cooking results. The digital display with electronic controls allows precise temperature adjustments. This oven can reach high temperatures up to 752 degrees Fahrenheit.
The PizzaMaster PM 452ED deck oven features heat-reflecting glass doors that help maintain consistent internal temperatures while allowing staff to monitor food without opening the unit. The Turbo-start function preheats the oven quickly, reducing wait times between batches. A manual timer with a shut-off alarm and an automatic timer with an alarm help maintain accurate bake times. The stackable design offers flexibility for expanding production without taking up additional space. Equipped with dual halogen lighting in each chamber, this unit ensures food can be checked without disrupting the baking process.
