PizzaMaster PM 402ED Description
To provide a solution for establishments with limited counterspace, the PizzaMaster PM402ED countertop multi-purpose oven has double-deck design that includes four clay hearthstones in each oven chamber to provide multiple surfaces for preparing larger quantities of food product at once. The hearthstone is a natural material that can hold heat and distribute it evenly to ensure crusts are cooked consistently. Additionally, the natural stone material absorbs moisture, resulting in crispy bread and pizza crusts. The electric heating system has a maximum holding temperature of 752 degrees Fahrenheit, providing versatile use.
To ensure a long service life and resistance to wear, the PizzaMaster PM402ED countertop unit has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. To program recipe temperatures, this unit has a digital display located on its front right side. The controls display the interior temperature and must be used to manage the turbo start feature and the timer with the manual shut-off alarm. To enable close monitoring of the cooking process, this oven has an interior dual halogen lighting system and is accessed through two pull-down, heat-reflecting glass doors.
