PizzaMaster PM 401ED-1 Description
To withstand the wear and tear of fast-paced foodservice establishments, the PizzaMaster PM401ED-1 multi-purpose oven has a stainless steel top, front and sides. This unit has a single oven chamber with a pull-down, heat-reflecting glass door to provide a clear view of the interior. To enhance the interior view to closely monitor the cooking process, this unit has dual halogen interior lighting. The interior has two 161/10-inch-wide clay hearthstones for preparing food items. The hearthstones provide a natural material that is corrosion-resistant, can hold heat well, and absorbs moisture to ensure pizza crusts are crispy.
The PizzaMaster PM401ED-1 multi-purpose oven is designed for countertop installation, can be stacked to conserve counterspace, and overall measures 253/5 inches wide by 233/5 inches deep by 197/10 inches high. This unit has a digital display on the front-right side of the unit that must be used to program temperatures and manage the turbo start feature and manual timer. For precise operation, this unit has indicators for the thermostat, turbo-start, and general service.
